Composed by senior perfumer Gabriela Chelariu over nearly three years and released in 2021, Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper | 25 is one of Kayali’s most personal and celebrated creations — a love letter from co-founder Mona Kattan to a fragrance ingredient deeply revered in Middle Eastern culture. Inspired by a 2018 fragrance-smelling session in Grasse where Mona fell deeply for the unique character of pink pepper, the fragrance is crafted at a luxurious 25% oil concentration (hence the “25” in its name) for a richer, longer-lasting sensorial experience. Housed in a striking metallic-pink bottle that perfectly captures the vibrant, flirtatious spirit of the juice within, Sweet Diamond opens with a sparkling burst of pink pepper, saffron, bergamot, and royal lily — spicy, citrusy, and instantly captivating, like the first electric flicker of attraction.
