Scentstation by Oge offers a wide range of authentic perfumes, perfume oils and other fragrance items. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers. - Product Availability & Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Orders are only processed after full payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or suspected fraud. In the case of cancellation due to stock issues, the customer will be contacted immediately to discuss alternatives or process refund. - Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made through the approved secure gateways (Paystack/Bank Transfer). Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. - Sales Policy
- All sales are final once confirmed and paid.
- Prices are non-negotiable.
- Discounts/promotions are valid for a limited time and may not be combined unless stated.
- Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery for items that are:
- Damaged (not as a result of the customer’s negligence)
- Incorrect (not what was ordered). Incorrect items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. The customer will be required to immediately provide photo evidence through our compliant channels.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, as store credit or transfer. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is made on our part. - Shipping
We ship nationwide. Delivery timelines vary by location. (Within Lagos, 24-48 hours, Outside Lagos, 2-5 business days). We are not responsible for delays occasioned by courier companies. - Intellectual Property
All content excluding images belongs to Scentstation by Oge. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. - Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or scent preferences. Kindly read product descriptions carefully before application. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
